This issue is rather rare but when this issue appears then it is caused by a temporal network issue that made it impossible for the BitNinja agent to send the incidents to our central database. That is why it is not displayed on the Dashboard.
In such cases, please contact us by writing a ticket or via chat. So we can help you with what may have caused the issue.
We will need the following details:
- The domain, where the issue appeared
- Is WAF enabled on the affected server
- What backend server the host uses?
- Did the issue happen on HTTP or HTTPS
